This committee is to assist the institute
to publish printed documents such as the institute's academic journal,
the bulletin, the blue-print for the year, and manages the collection of
articles for Bahagian Pendidikan Guru (Teachers Education Division, Ministry
of Education, Malaysia). For this year (1998) the committe has already
decided to publish the documents in the web-site
